Tattoo Design Ideas

You have seen the baby tattoo photos and probably guessed that the parents of these babies really didn’t tattoo them and would never do something like this.

Here is how you can make your own tattoos in Adobe Photoshop, and put your own tattoo design on your body.

1. First take some self protrait photos of yourself, and the area your planning to tattoo.

2. Get your tattoo flash art, or try multiple tattoo designs and size it either in photoshop, or if you have a hard copy, you’ll need to scan it or photographic to digitize it.

In the following tutorial, you will see how the placement of the Photoshop layer can be positioned where you want it.  The basic idea it to have the tattoo layer over you main photo, the select “Multiply” which will drop out the white paper,  then bring down the Opacity, because tattoos are not really 100% black on the skin.
